Watching the service online
Not everyone can attend in person. If someone close to you is unable to travel, your funeral director can arrange a secure webcast of the service.
The funeral will be filmed through our Obitus system, using a fixed camera at the back of the chapel.
A private link and login will be sent to you, which you can share with family and friends.
Technology and personal touches
You can personalise the service in many ways – music, lighting, imagery, readings or live tributes.
Our Obitus system supports visual tributes, livestreaming, and video recording. You can choose music from the Obitus library or bring something personal.
Kirkleatham also has its own organ – a traditional choice that many families value for hymns or reflective pieces.
Lighting and projected images can be adjusted to suit your wishes; we check every detail in advance.
Before and after the service
The webcast can be watched live at the time of the service, or as a recording afterwards – online, or supplied on a USB drive.
