Funeral directors can rely on the team at Baldarroch Crematorium for calm, practical and professional support before, during and after each service.
We prepare the ceremony hall, confirm arrangements, check music and visual tributes, and make sure the building is ready for the family and mourners when they arrive.
If a detail needs to change on the day — music, timing, seating, webcast arrangements or the order of service — our team will do everything possible to adapt quickly and without fuss.
Our role is to support you and the families in your care, making sure every service feels personal, dignified and well managed.
What we provide
- Service spacing of 1 hour and 30 minutes, allowing families time to arrive, hold the ceremony and leave unhurried
- A light, modern ceremony hall with seating for 154 people, with additional seating and standing space available
- Integrated audio and visual facilities, including music, visual tributes and private webcast support
- Viscount Envoy 35-F organ for hymns or reflective music
- Family room available for main mourners before and immediately after the service
- Floral tribute area outside the building, with tributes displayed for a minimum of seven days
- Parking for 55 cars, overflow parking for approximately 90 vehicles and 5 disabled parking spaces
- Wheelchair-friendly same-level access, disabled toilets, hearing induction loop and a spare wheelchair available
- Uniformed chapel attendant and Baldarroch team members on hand to support each service
