The team at Kirkleatham Crematorium have a wealth of experience in funeral care. We offer practical support, attention to detail and respect for your choices. You can be assured that your goodbye will be a fitting and personal one.

Karen initially joined Memoria in June 2016, as Kirkleatham’s Assistant Manager having previously worked in the banking industry and prior to that enjoying a successful 25-year career in the Motor Trade sector.
Due to her success as Assistant Manager, she was then subsequently promoted to site Manager in May 2023.

Nicola joined Memoria in June 2023 as the Administrator for Kirkleatham Memorial Park & Crematorium. Prior to joining Memoria, Nicola served for 12 years in the Royal Air Force as both a senior administrator and air steward which whilst serving her country enabled her to travel extensively all over the world. More recently, Nicola worked in the motor trade as an administrator.

Before starting his career with Memoria as Head of Ground Maintenance at Kirkleatham, Simon had a varied career starting as a Pub Manager for Greene King.
He then Joined the Police in Hertfordshire and was a Police Constable for just short of 5 years before moving into contract and facilities management.
After moving to Redcar, Simon started working in ground maintenance gaining knowledge and experience within the industry.

Before starting work with the Memoria family in March 2020, Luke has had a variety of roles. His wealth of experience in the funeral industry as FSO at Dignity and he was chapel attendant at Teesside Crematorium for two years.
Before this, he had a background in retail which has allowed him to develop good people skills. He shows respect beyond his years, and this is noted by all users of the facility. He has helped further strengthen the team at KMC.
